Space Survey Technology
Recently, the scientific satellite and radio interferometer have developed rapidly. The space geodesy technology (VLBI, GPS, SLR, etc.) consists of these scientific satellite, radio interferometer, etc. In the field of space survey technology, these space geodesy technology is used to survey the earth and space . This subject covers space survey technology and its operation.
Space Geodesy
Space geodesy has extended its field very quickly because of the rapid development of space geodesy technologies. Students can acquire a new knowledge through the special lecture of the new selected issues and theme in the field of space geodesy.
Space Geodesy Seminar
Recently, a strong earthquake and tsunami have happened globally because of the plate movement in the earth surface. This movement is monitoring through the space geodetic observations. Students can acquire a wide and in-depth knowledge through the seminar in the field of space geodesy.
Geodetic VLBI System 
It covers the principles of geodetic Very Long Baseline Interferometer (VLBI) system and the specific conceptual design such as antenna, receiver, backend system, etc.
VLBI Seminar I
Students can acquire a wide and in-depth knowledge through the seminar in the field of astronomical VLBI. Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) is operating the astronomical VLBI. The astronomical VLBI covers the structure of galaxy, quasar, etc.
VLBI Seminar II
Students can acquire a wide and in-depth knowledge through the seminar in the field of geodetic VLBI. Korea National Geographic Information Institute (NGII) is developing the geodetic VLBI. The geodetic VLBI covers the plate movement and earth rotation movement as well as the maintenance of national geodetic system.
VLBI Mathematical Analysis
It covers the digital analysis of large VLBI data and the mathematical analysis to get the accurate data of latitude and longitude origin coordinates and the subtle variations of the earth rotation movement based on the VLBI baseline vector.
VLBI Mathematical Analysis Special Topics
In VLBI Technology Development Centers under International VLBI Service (IVS), the backend system and mathematical analysis SW have developed well due to the communication technology's advancement. This subject covers the new selected issues in the mathematical analysis through special lectures.
Geographic Information System (GIS)
It covers the basis and technological functions of GIS, image processing, statistical analysis program, DataBase Management System(DBMS) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) in GIS. Also, it covers the integration of spatial information using GIS.
e-VLBI System
It covers VLBI data transmission system by Internet Protocol (IP) and correlation processing system by PC cluster.
Space Science and Technology Special Topics I
It mainly covers space science which study the celestial bodies and space environments using observation satellite, observation rockets, space probe, etc.
Space Science and Technology Special Topics II
It covers the space technology such as satellite launch vehicle and system and the ripple effect of this.
Remote Sensing Technology I
It covers remote sensing technology. This technology is used to identify the physical properties of an object through measuring the radiation wave or reflected wave using the satellite, rockets.
Remote Sensing Technology II
It studies the method about adjacency effect based on the multi-channel(from visible band to near-infrared) and acquires the new knowledge through the analysis of the data from high-resolution satellite payload system.
Satellite Digital Image Processing
It covers the remote sensing using the earth observation satellite and the processing method of digital data.
Remote Sensing Seminar I
Students can acquire a wide and in-depth knowledge through the seminar in the field of remote sensing. The seminar mainly covers meteorological satellite and earth observation satellite.
Remote Sensing Seminar II
Students can acquire a wide and in-depth knowledge through the seminar on the adjacency effect study about remote sensing data. The data of remote sensing is measured and researched using the MODIS, MISR, ASTER, etc.
Satellite System
It covers the mission system and bus system in the satellite. Also, it covers mission equipments, subsystem of bus, satellite shape and conceptual design of satellite system.
Astrophysics & Astronomical Telescope
Students can learn the birth and evolution of the space, and the physical phenomena of the celestial bodies. Also, this subject covers optical telescopes, radio telescopes, CCD spectroscopic observations system which is used to observe the phenomena of the space and celestial bodies.
Space Development
The space development is necessary for the national security and the growth of space science and technology. It covers the throughout of the space development such as a policy, load map and ripple effect of space development.
Space System Engineering
It covers satellite system, launch vehicle system and ground control system.
Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)
This subject covers SAR. SAR is used to acquire the video data for the surface of the earth. It is widely used for military and private organization.
Satellite Electronic Engineering
It covers the design of electronic payload system and control system in satellite.
Earth Observation System
It covers the physical phenomena of object through the measurement of the radiation waves from the objects on earth and payload system on satellite.
Satellite Geodesy System
Satellite geodesy system is used to determine the location coordinates of space and earth using a geodetic satellite. This subjects covers the satellite geodesy system technology such as GPS, SLR, DORIS.
